In English, The Farm White.  Made from one of the newest cold hardy grapes, the Itasca.  This superb dry white wine begins with a hint of white flowers on the nose and proceeds to the palate with slight tastes of pear and stone fruit with subtle natural honey notes giving an off-dry taste.  Serve chilled, this varietal is the perfect sipping wine and pairs with light fare dishes such as fruit, crepes, charcuterie and toasted garlic bread.

This wine has an aromatic spicy nose and the semi-sweet flavors of apples, honeysuckle and peaches. Pairs well with spicy Indian dishes, seafood of all kinds and is an ideal aperitif.  One of our best selling wines it is a semi-dry.   Serve chilled.

The La Crescent is our first estate white wine.  This clean wine is crisp and refreshing with tastes of apricot and citrus (grapefruit). Pairs with mild cheese, seafood, chicken or pork.  Since this is a limited production wine it is recommended that you plan to purchase this before we sell out.  Serve chilled. 

One of the newest wines at the winery, Misty White is made from the Frontenac Gris grape.  A delicate nose and tastes of tropical fruit make this wine perfect for pairing with grilled chicken, seafood and spicy dishes.  Perfect sipping wine - serve chilled. 

Based on the Niagara grape this wine is very aromatic and fruity, tastes like popping a fresh picked grape in your mouth.  This wine pairs well with fruit and cheese or can be enjoyed alone.  Serve chilled.
